Teaching Approach

My approach to tutoring is that i focus on both student and adult needs. I tutor at the student and adult location.I vary my style depending on the ability and needs of the student. I aim to run my tuition in support of the progression of my student through the Spanish Language syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the students so desires. I offer both weekly and monthly text as well as pre-exam revision sessions like igcse, dele and others.

I expect students to arrive at tuition sessions with a clear idea of what it is they hope to get from the sessions.

I will provide each student with a progress log and detailed feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need to improve, I may also set work for my student and adult to complete outside of sessions and for this set of work I will offer a marking service.

N ot only do i focus on teaching the language alone but I also make sure that student and adult have a rich knowledge about the Spanish Culture.

Program Description

Lesson are taken at clients convenient time and days. Basically 2hrs per class.The class is divided into four sections:

1- Speaking: in each class section students will be asked some questions in Spanish they are to respond anyway they can and corrections will be made. This will reoccur in every class.The more they speak the better the use of the tenses in their phrases. Also activities including play roles will be played by students.

2- Reading: there will be lots of reading of comprehension s in every section. This helps students with the aid of a dictionary understand each word and it's meaning. They will also be summarising what they read in their own words.

3-w riting:lots of comprehension s will be answered during class sections. Topics will also be given as homework for students such as writing a composition about their daily routine.The aim of this is to allow students understand the way questions are been answered in Spanish.

4 -Listening:Thi s is mostly the hardest part for a language learner. Lots of audios will be played during class sections. The aim is for students to understand how the language is been spoken by a native speaker. This also requires a lot of listening attention from students.

Weekly and monthly text which comprises of all the above mentioned will also be given to students.

As a Spanish tutor with an outstanding
experience in teaching, interpretatio ns and translations of the Spanish language I have successfully taught numerous students who not only know the language but also have a rich knowledge about the Spanish Culture.
