I want my students to know why the quality of their writing matters:becau se their is a purpose of why you are interested in learning swahili.
The most effective way of valuing learners,that I have adopted as well as providing a real incentive is by planning a range of ways of learning the basic swahili words to at least intermediate before we progress to an advanced level.
I use "think aloud" statements to the learners how these skills are used and how they can help them become better readers,write rs and communicators of the swahili language.
These strategies are then shared as a class, and then assessed in follow up guided reading activities

I am a swahili teacher aiming to provide my students to all reading and especially writing tasks.
Lessons are taught through progressive evaluation using the Swahili Class program providing creative, critical, and enjoyable swahili programs for learners of all ages.

Teaching Experience

I have been a Swahili teacher for the last two years creating a major milestone since I took over as a teacher in the school I belong.
I am experienced in Swahili studies for both primary and secondary levels and Fasihi (Literature).
As a devoted teacher, I am committed to excellence and ensuring that my students get the proper educational content and/or any learning material if it is needed.
This is a call I signed for and hence I ensure that all the learners understand every day-to-day lessons learnt.
At the end of every lesson I ensure to give out an evaluation test to help my student to realise what needs to be worked on thoroughly.

I am a trained journalist and public relations officer with interest in communication skills and language diversity.
I also worked as a news editor and part time writer, focusing on translation for journalism on English to Swahili language before the news is published.

Teaching requires good communication skills hence I have learned the art of listening, speaking and answering to my students questions. This is the key to success if my main aim is to see my students understand every lesson I offer to them.
