Teaching Approach

In a tandem setting, we will ideally spend equal time speaking in Dutch and in Hindi - sharing songs, videos and news articles and providing context/expla nation for cultural references. With regards to grammar, not only do I have a grasp on the formal rules of Hindi, but also the tendencies of native Hindi speakers to break specific rules in casual conversation.

Program Description

I am a native Hindi speaker looking for native Dutch speakers, in a "tandem" effort to mutually improve our command of languages. Having lived in USA for many years, I am fluent in English as well. However, I wish to minimize use of English for communication , so we spend maximum time in Dutch and Hindi.
If you are not interested in a tandem approach, I am also available to tutor for a fee.

Teaching Experience

I have experience with Tandem when I learnt French in Paris, as well as experience teaching high school and college students mathematics :)

Teacher Training

I do not have teaching certificates - I want to clarify that I am looking for Tandem partners to learn together, and I am not interested in tutoring for a fee.

Cost of Lessons

My fee is that you also help me improve my Dutch. Ik ben bekend met de Nederlandse basisgrammati ca, maar ik moet oefenen.
