Teaching Approach

I will be briefing you about Thai culture. The main topics of the lessons are basic grammar and basic conversations mainly related to daily conversation! ! But I could provide and teach you about other topics :)

By the end of the lessons, you will be able to pronounce thai words correctly corresponding to the tones, to introduce yourself in thai, to have basic conversations in thai and to read and write as in forming sentences.
Let me know if you want to focus on some certain topics!! Like thai music, thai dramas or other specific issues.

Program Description

Hi there, my name is Jay, I'm a 28 yo native Thai speaker from Bangkok and now studying PhD in Hong Kong. I also have some experiences in teaching Thai to foreigners for a few years since I lived in Thailand.

Teaching Experience

I was born and raised in Thailand. I lived in Bangkok most of the time. I'm 28 year old from Bangkok. After I finished my masters, I came to Hong Kong to pursue my further study and it's PhD. I have been living in Hong Kong for 3 years, and I am really enjoying it.

Teacher Training

I did my undergraduate for 4 years and my master for 2 years in Thailand. Both are related to science majors.

What is your teaching schedule?

- My teaching schedules are quite flexible depending on your time table as well, but I would prefer in the evening during the weekdays and around the afternoon during the weekends.

What is your payment policy?

- I prefer paying by cash in person after the lesson, but online payment is acceptable too

What other relevant experience makes you a more effective teacher?

- I would say my way of teaching is based on real experiences. According to that, you will be learning Thai language step by step from basic grammar and sentence forming. I could make sure that you will be able to pronounce Thai correctly and properly corresponding to the tones with the native thai speaker.
