Teaching Approach

I use the retention method as my teaching approach specially if my students are beginners. Through this, the student can easily remember the particular lesson that e are studying. I have some English books that I can use with the student depending on their level. Though I am their teacher, I consider them not only as my student but also a friend.

Program Description

In my class when I teach a student, I usually make the student feel at ease with me. I make him introduce himself to know the student.I also ask some details about his strength and weakness and also some of his ideas about learning and studying.

Teaching Experience

-I had worked in many English Institute here in the Philippines.
- I had taught Koreans, Japanese and Chinese students. But most of them are Koreans
- I also teach academics to elementary students in their homes, both Filipino and Indian kids.
- I have been an ESL teacher for 10 years up to the present.
- I am presently working as an offline and online home-based English teacher.

Teacher Training

-I graduated elementry and high school education from a private,exclu sive for girls school here in the Philippines (Immaculate Conception Academy of Manila)
- I graduated a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in the University of Santo Tomas (the oldest university in the Philippines) - Pursuing Education units in Miriam College for LET(licensure for teachers)
- Plan to pursue a Masters Degree In Early Childhood Education.
- Attended short courses in TESDA

I prefer morning schedule for four hours a day. I can be also be considerate about the time availability of the student. I want the learners to always observe the time which is I think very important.I hope that the students that I will are eager to learn and have focus. I prefer to receive my payment through my bank account or it depends on what we have agreed.I think the opportunity to teach different students of different nationalities , ages, levels and making them see themselves of who they are, also seeing them grow in their knowledge about communicating that later build confidence in them, being very patient on dealing with them and my passion in teaching are the things that make me an effective teacher and friend to them.
