My teaching approach is Student Centered methodology. This technique works well in a group or class. but for 1-1, I usually engage my students into all four skills of language: speaking, reading (pronunciatio n), listening, and writing. To support my teaching, I advise them to listen to songs and watch videos or movies of the language I am teaching. I also encourage my students to use me in any way possible. It can be calling, or chating at any time of their convenient.
