Program Description

I am a very qualified, friendly and experienced language tutor dedicated to student learning. Confident teaching both one-on-one and in groups, I have strong communication skills and I am completely bilingual in English and Greek. I am currently working as a tutor of both Modern and Ancient Greek Language.

Teaching Experience

I've been working as a Tutor of both Modern and Ancient Greek language for almost 13 years. I have also worked as a journalist and correspondent of foreign affairs for a well-establis hed Greek Newspaper.
I have gained valuable experience by teaching college students (who were attending humanities courses) both Modern and Ancient Greek
I have also trained second and third generation Greeks living in the UK

Teacher Training

I have studied philology, literature, history and archaeology at National and Kapodestrean University of Athens

I have attended Msc Degree Programme (social anthropology and Politics) at Birkbeck University of London

My teaching schedule depends on the age, level and particulariti es of each individual. This is in my opinion the most effective way of teaching procedure because it encourages students with different backgrounds and interests to get what the need. Respect for individuality is one of my unquestionabl e principles
