Teaching Approach

I have found I am able to use a communicative approach in the classroom. I prepare and deliver task based lesson plans, as this methodology is the one I learnt at International House while studying the CLTA.I find very usefull the interactive board and I think it really helps improving interaction and having more interesting lessons. I know from my tutoring experience that I enjoy teaching and helping others achieve both academically and socially. I also enjoy contributing to the cultural experience of the students.

I intend to continue to develop my teaching skills and I am commited to stablishing a relaxed atmosphere that promotes socialization and inter-cultura l connections, as
well as open and honest communication .

This letter is to express my interest in a Spanish or Galician language teaching position. I have tutored students in Spanish at all levels, from teenagers and begginer’s to adults learning a second language .Right now, I am tutoring GCSE students and also teaching a begginer’s course to adults at a school.
