In general my approach will be more in speaking, the purpose is to introduce you the genuine expression that is usually used in conversation. If you want to be in depth in Grammar my approach would be different, HW is one of the best way in correcting your grammar errors, if you want to prepare about TOEFL, base on my experience I've also acted as an advisor in doing or giving tips and tricks.
If you are not good in English, don't worry I am also a certified English teacher in teaching English for second language means I teach English by using English, the aim is to give you the real situation as if you are in England and talking each other with british/nativ e English ^^. The method? visualisation would be the best way..^^
Fo r Bahasa Indonesia, since there is no grammar international test to be required so I would focus on conversation and to the daily expressions, so you would be able to speak Bahasa Indonesia as if you are a native (I will teach you the casual words ^^ and expressions). If it comes to Bahasa Indonesia, we don't really speak like what it is written on books, most people speak depend on their tribes but don't worry there's still a standard of speaking Indonesian.

Hi I am Putri Santoso, I am Indonesian and a certified English teacher, I've taught English at an International School for a year particularly to adults classes but I've also taught teenager class for a month. I'm a college student in a state university and now still working on my thesis (it's Korean affair). Though My teaching experience only a year, but I've gained lots of methods that might be easy to be understood.
For teaching my native language it could be fun coz I would also ad cultural introduction, as we know Indonesia has lots of cultures and traditional languages as well and it's language has its own dialect which more challenging for you in learning it ^^.
