Teaching Approach

I begin with the basics of vowel pronunciation and then proceed to simple phrases. Following that I proceed to the verb system all the while adding vocabulary and discussing culture to add interest and to make the language alive. Students will answer and pose questions, practice in various situations of daily life, and gain a knowledge and appreciation of the people who speak Spanish as part of their culture.

Program Description

As a retired Spanish teacher with 17 years experience, I have many teaching aids and practices that I used over the years. In addition to high school I have taught Spanish to adult classes for a company, a bank, and a church as well as tutoring individual students.
