Teaching Approach

Mastering a language isn't an overnight job. It requires time and continuous effort. Using the language in your daily conversation helps a lot, and being a talkative is an edge. I had this student who's shy. He wouldnt say anything unless you ask him questions. By nature, I'm talkative and this helped him because i would continuously ask him questions.

Program Description

I have been teaching English to Koreans for nearly 5 years and I do it based on students' preferences. I believe personalized approach is best because every student has his/her own likes and dislikes. Some of my students prefer conversation with grammar review. Some like to have viewing; watching dvd movies. I have also tackled writing and grammar review. My strong points are suitable for beginners and intermediate level.

I am a student at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, majoring in Library and Information Science.

I have worked as a customer service representativ e at a call center based in makati where I had my American English Optimization Training. At work, i had to respond to phone calls from the US. That experience taught me to develop an accent that's close to a native speaker.
