To be a successful teacher and to achieve the goal of helping students learn, my teaching strategy and approach are as follows:
?I consider that preparation is the most important ways to provide high quality teaching. My preparation is not only knowing the subject matter I am talking about but also ordering the class in a logical and consistent manner.
?I realize individual instruction is important to improve students' self esteem and positive feelings about the course and the material presented. We should treat each student as an individual and have one-on-one interactions with them to know their needs, expectations, and career goals.
?I need to encourage individual students to participate, call on individual students to answer questions or respond to my inquiries in classes, and pay attention to empowering students with the ability to "receive" the language.
?I believe that activity-base d teaching can develop a good understanding of a topic and create opportunities for students to act rather than to merely read a book or listen to a lecture.
?I think that to make the topic enjoyable is the best way to create an environment in which students can have a good time while they learn.
?I am open to change with the goal of improving the teaching environment.
As a teacher, I have the responsibilit y to provide the most clear and easy-to-under stand lecture to the students, make them feel better about their progress and not discourage them. So, my approach is to comfort the students as much as I can. One of my best qualities as a teacher is my ability to inspire confidence in my students so that they feel comfortable expressing themselves regardless of their level of ability.

Chinese is my first language and I understand Chinese cultures very well. I have one year Chinese teaching experiences in the university in Bangkok, and I used to be a part time Chinese teacher to teach many people who are interested in Chinese to learn Chinese language and Chinese cultures. I have my own teaching material to let students learn Chinese conversation, grammar, and Chinese business quickly. Several areas that I have worked with include sales management, inventory management and human resources. I have extensive work experience in multiple roles with high responsibilit y.
In addition, my MBA degree has increased my ability to critically analyze situations, conduct presentations , apply advanced use of computer software applications, and more effectively communicate with my colleagues and students.
