Teaching Approach

I believe that conversation is a very important part of learning a new language.I encourage my students to speak the language at all times in my class. I also incorporate writing skills grammar and fun learning activities into my lessons. Every student is different though, so i do my best to mold my lessons for the students that I am teaching.

Program Description

I am looking for work in Bali, Indonesia I can work as a full or part time teacher. I am seeking a 6 to 12 month contract with a school or a private tutor situation.I currently live In Colorado, USA and am seeking a teaching position in Bali.

I am a gentle and compassionate yet disciplined teacher. I believe that learning should always be a fun experience. I include games and fun learning activities into my lessons. I do not however, let fun become more of a priority than learning. I also believe that each student has a unique and different way of learning and I always do my best to cater to a person's special learning style.I use my empathy to help me be the most best and understanding teacher that I can be.

Teaching Experience

I have been tutoring children for many years in subjects such as English, math and history. I have worked as a private tutor for children from ages 8 to 16.
I have also volunteered as a tutor and teachers assistant for in classed of 30 students ages 8-14

Teacher Training

I am a High School Graduate, National Honors Society Vice President and Treasure. 3.8 GPA
I will be completing TEFL( Teaching English as a Foreign Language)at my local University In August 2009.
