Teaching Approach

Depending on the level of the student,the teacher will provide learning activities that cater to his needs.Student s who need mastery in speaking will have to engage in conversation lessons using the paired approach or group sharings given a topic of interest to talk about.Those who need mastery in reading will have to dwell in vocabulary building to enhance their comprehension .

Where audio-visual aids are recommended to use,the teacher will have to integrate the use of technology to help the students sustain their interest in the given activity.

Program Description

The course is designed to be modular in nature where students who enroll must have to undergo a diagnostic test (written/oral ) to determine his/her level in English proficiency.F rom the result of the test,the teacher will have to devise grammar lessons suitable to the needs of the client.Activi ties will include the four skills:readin g,listening,wr iting and speaking.Diff erent subjects of interest(such as Science, World History) may be used as springboards in the different activities.

Teaching Experience

I'd been teaching in the high school level for 12 years now.My teaching experiences include teaching both Science and English subjects.I experienced teaching English abroad particularly in Indonesia where I gained the fundamentals in teaching Beginners,Int ermediate and Advanced Levels.The course included grammar integration and conversation classes and with emphasis in reading,writi ng,speaking and listening.

Teacher Training

I graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education majors in Biology and English,passe d the Licensure Examination for Teachers and the Civil Service Professional and assisted Korean families and other children of foreigners in my capacity as a private tutor.

Teaching Schedule
Classes will be scheduled from 9:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening.All Beginners will attend a given schedule and all intermediates will have another schedule.

Payment Policy
Enrollees will have to pay 50 % of the fees before starting with the classes.At the middle of the course,the student will be reminded of his balance.Trave llers Checks accepted but not personal checks.

Cost of Lessons

Those who wish to enroll in the modular approach will pay an approximate charge of $4 per hour but charges vary depending on the level of the student and number of students in a class.Tutoria l fees are negotiable but must not be lower than $4.
