Teaching Approach

I believe that learning a language is like learning how to play an instrument. If you don't practice, you'll never improve. Therefore, I believe that practicing what you have been learning is a priority before you step to a new level. We will go through grammar, but mostly practice it orally together before we move on to something else. It is very important to feel comfortable and never feel stress when you are studying a language. I will make sure you learn at your own pace.

Program Description

I am from Québec, Canada. French is my native language and I am willing to help any students that desire to study abroad in a French University. I have graduated as an English teacher and have been teaching English to French speakers from Québec. Therefore, I have a lot of experience in teaching and have many ideas and techniques to make second language learning successful.

Teaching Experience

I am a current JET in Miyagi. I have taught English to adults for 3 years. I have also taught to Elementary and High school students.

B.Ed. English as a second language.
