I teach 5 days in a week. I get response from the students after three days. I get evaluated all the students on Monday in the morning. I give work to the students to make them talk in English. I give them work to use proper prepositions. I make competion amoung the students and consider the best students who get best score in Grammar. I make the students for talking on daily live topics. I personally have a meeting with the individual students and assign work on the basis of their interest.

I do know whether i am efficient or not but this is my profession and i am earning good amount from it. I am successful i transfering many students to UK and abroad for higher education. I think 100 students in a year is an excellent success.
