I have taken a beginner and intermediate class to learn arabic. I feel as if I would like to advance at a faster pace than a class setting. I am an advanced student of Modern Standard Arabic (Classical Arabic). I am a journalist who often works in the Middle East so understanding Arabic is important. I wish to continue studying Arabic so I don't forget it while I am in Thailand. I hope to dedicate several hours a week to Arabic lessons and to practice conversation and learn new vocabulary with a focus on politics and current events. I must have an educated teacher who speaks perfect classical Arabic with perfect grammar and no mistakes. There is no need for he or she to speak or understand any English.
