I am currently enrolled in arabic 1000 in York University. It is supposed to be a beginning to the arabic language but I am finding it quite difficult. It is taught in the standard arabic langauge and my parents use a different dialect at home when speaking to me. I am half way throught the course and need quite a bit of help in the grammer field but also would like to continue learning even once the class has been completed.
