I am originally from La Ceiba, Honduras. I moved to the states as a child and spoke spanish until grade school. My family has always spoken in both spanish and english, but I always reply back with just english. I now work for a few non-profit organizations in the DFW area and would really like to be able to fully communicate in spanish. I work better in group environments, but I am willing to learn regardless of class size or setting. There is a possibility of another position opening with another non-profit based in Central America, so my need to become fluent is of the upmost importance! I look forward to the day when this short paragraph can be completed in Spanish.

I am trying to master spanish due to a pending move to Santiago, Chile.
I speak basic spanish.
I need improvement in reading, writting, grammer and conversation.
The time I dedicate would depend on my consultation with the teacher.
I would like my teacher to have a strong understanding of business terms used in conversation and someone familiar with common spanish terms used in Chile, Peru and Argentina.

I am looking to learn Spanish. I would love to learn it because i have always loved spanish/latin culture, music, food and think that the language is beautiful. I am currently working, and i plan to travel to south america and spain at the beginning of next year. I want my spanish to be as good as it can be during the next 12 or so months, so i am looking to get as much tutoring as possible. I have not studied spanish professionall y, but i know some of it through friends. I am looking for 2 lessons per week, or just one longer lessons if 2 is not possible. I would prefer a native spanish/latin tutor as i find it easier for me to learn. I will dedicate myself fully and would love every minute learning it!
