I intend to co-major in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese at Florida State University in the fall, and because there is not a Korean major at Florida State, I have opted to take on a Korean Language minor, even though a minor is not required by my major. I am a beginner in Korean and I truly love it. I have taken three different courses in both Romantic languages and the Classics, but nothing I have taken even compares to Korean. I am looking to improve in anyway possible. I do not know much vocabulary and I really want to understand the sentence structure a little better. I'm very analitical when it comes to grammar and I haven't had enough interaction with a Korean speaker to really grasp it. I would like to spend at least an hour per week per session. If I have more time, and my instructor has more time, then I would like to discuss additional lessons. I think it will be very circumstantia l. I would like to have a teacher whose native language is Korean. I believe I will benefit more from being taught by someone who has spoken this language their entire life. As far as male or female, I have no preference. Age is also not a concern of mine. I simply want to learn, and if you can teach me, then you're the right person for the job.

I am interested in learning korean. Currently I am studying by myself but I learn better and faster if someone helps me. Level of proficiency is beginner. I listen to korean music and also watch korean movies/drama' s/game shows so I am exposed to korean media as well as magazines. Though I can't understand most of it. I am willing to dedicate alot of my time to learning. Up to 5+ hours a week or so. I would really like to have lessons in person rather than online but if it is not possible than online/on the phone etc is perfectly acceptable. I need help in all area's of korean since I would like to be a fluent speaker of the language. I am learning this language because I like the language. My favorite korean gasoo's speak korean and when I watch shows I would like to know what they are saying. I plan on working in South Korea in the music business industry in the next few years and learning korean is a MUST.
I would like Grammar, Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. Please contact me ^^

I would really like to become fluent in Korean. My (new) husband is from Korea and we will try to travel back to Korea at least once a year. I have already been there and met his family. They were all so kind, and I felt terrible that I couldn't communicate with them.
I loved learning French in high school and college and I miss learning a language. I am not a complete beginner: I already know the 'alphabet' and can read and write Hangul. I am just lacking in vocabulary and grammar. I am an eager learner and I have a flexible schedule and a fair amount of time each week to devote to lessons.
