I am wishing to learn the Hungarian language because i would like to travel to Hungary. Part of my family background is Hungarian and i would love to visit the country and be fairly fluent and familiar with the language to enhance my overall travel experience. I have purchased Hungarian grammar books befor that contain self taught activities, i have found these helpful. I can recognise words / phrases that i have become familiar with and can prounounce words in the correct Hungarian form. i am by no means fluent in the language but i am very eager to learn and dedicate my time to do so. I would like have lessons once or twice a week depending on teacher availability. I dont participate in activities other than work, therfore i have a good amount of time to dedicate to learning. I would prefer to the participate in face to face tutorials with a teacher in a one on one environment. I am wishing to beome reasonably fluent in Hungarian.

I am a University student doing my first year of Arts. In December I went to Bangladesh for one week with my family as my grandparents lived there for eleven years several decades ago. I am now very keen to learn Bengali - firstly because I have an interest in languages as a part of my degree, and secondly because learning Bengali would allow me to return to Bangladesh in the future, whether for a time or indefinitely.
I am definitely classified at beginner level; I cannot speak the language at all, and would like to learn Bengali with regard to phonetics, grammar and conversation.
At the moment I am looking to spend an hour or two every week in lessons.

ive spent the past 2 januarys in the south of india volunteering at a school and orphanage there. a few of the older children know some english words, but tamil is the only way to effectively communicate. i really want to dedicate myself to learning it so that next year and in future years i will be able to communicate better with the children. they have taught me a few basic words and phrases, but i am still very much a beginner. id like to be able to do 2 lessons per week so i can learn as quickly as possible. i am a postgrad student at unsw and they do not have tamil on offer there. my budget is limited, but hopefully i can work something out. cheers

I would like to learn Italian as I have alwasy been interested in the culture. Also I am travelling to Italy this year and would like to be able to have a conversation with the locals.
I am interested in learning all aspects of the langauge e.g. grammer, conversation etc. As I do not live in Brisbane I would only be able to have lessons every 2 weeks or so, at the moment I know basic Italian but nothing too advanced.
