I want to learn a particualar foreign language, preferably spanish or japanese, because i want to be able to speak to other people of different races and to be able to work in a foreign country. I could also use these lesson when it comes to travelling.
My proficiency level in spanish is at the begginer's level. I had a short course -- introduction to spanish, back in college, but I think it was not enough.
Qu alities I want my teacher to have is patience because I can be a little bit annoying because I ask a lot of questions. That is how I learn. I also want my teacher to be very knowledgeable in that particualar language s/he is teaching me.

I am interested in working with someone to improve my Spanish. My fiance is from Mexico and my best friend is Puerto Rican so I am around Spanish speakers a lot. I took two years of Spanish in High School and two years in college so I have a decent base to work from. I basically need to improve my grammer/vocab ulary and practice speaking and listening in Spanish.
