I am a beginner in Arabic, but have an understanding of the basics. I want to learn the language because it is the language of my father, and I never had the chance to learn while growing up. I want to learn conversationa l arabic over everything else, but I do understand the importance of reading and writing. I would like to dedicate up to 6 hours a week of lessons. And I am looking for a teacher who is a native speaker and is will also be able to evaluate my progress. One on one is very important to me and I am a very anxious learner.
