Hello,
We (my husband and I) are anxious to learn Italian. I am second generation Itlian, my husband is Italian By Marriage (IBM). The majority of my family still lives in the Apulgia region of Italy and I am anxious to maintain ties with them, something I can not do without a better understanding of the language.
I have a 'very good ear' and can understand 80% of spoken Italian and about 60% of written Italian. I only speak at a 30% level. My husband understands about 50% of spoken Italian.
W e have two children under the age of two, so lessons would need to occur in the evenings after the kids were in bed. We would be looking to our instructor to suggest duration of each lesson and frequency.
Our goal is to travel to Italy in two years and be completely fluent and able to converse with our family.

I decided to learn Korean when I was 17 and since then has learned bits and pieces but I really want to learn it by the time im 21 y.o.
The reason I decided to learn Korean is so i could get jobs easier and so i can someday live abroad if i wanted too.
