hello,
My first priority is to learn german and french, i wish to work as an investment banker in switzerland or monte negro after university. i have no formal background in either language but have a keen desire to become multilingual as this is an important skill in commerce these days.
my interest in japanese comes from my 4 years of high school plus current marital arts study. arabic is also of interest as many of my friends are from the middle east.
ideally i want to bring my skills in german up to that of being able to conduct business transactions etc and being able to handle university studies in german. i am planning to go on exchange to europe next year.
ideally 1-2 hours a week should be sufficient in terms of contact hours.

I am a Masters student in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Guelph. I am interested in learning Middle Eastern Arabic to further my interest in the Middle East and to help assist in my studies. I would be at a beginner level in grammar and conversation. I am very interested in learning the spoken language as well as the written one. I am willing to dedicate considerable time to learning the language on a weekly basis to further advance my skills. I got interested in Arabic a few years bck and since then have made a few attempts to learn it . My interest in learning the language is mostly personal , and part of it also arises from the fact that i m hoping to saty here in UAE n knowing the local language is always an added advantage .I think i have crossed the beginner level , but i cant be sure of that . I like to mostly concentrate on the spoken arabic part n grammar is sumthing I would like to learn as i go along coz i already know how to read n write . I would like a teacher who can deliver the said requiremnts in a friendly english environment .
