I am looking to learn Hindi from the beginning of june to the beginning of august. I would like the learn Hindi as I frequently travel to India and intend on living there after my degree and think knowing the most spoken language would come in use. I do not know any Hindi so it would literally be teaching from the basics.
I would prefer to do group lessons as money is an issue but realise this is more difficult to organise and run than private tuition. I would like to perhaps do 2-3 hours of Hindi learning a week but am very flexible with this and realise it depends on the style of teaching and availability. I would like a patient but encouraging teacher who is good at communication as I do not find learning languages that easy.

I am a beginner who would like to learn the language to converse with Indian co-workers (we outsource to India and have a multi-cultura l office) as well to converse with friends parents who speak little to no English.
I am able to spend an hour each lesson and am willing to spend the time it takes to learn the language.
I am looking for a teacher who is patient and understanding . I speak English and French and look forward to a third language.
