I am a beginner. I would like to learn french so that when I visit the country I have a great grasp of the language. I have never uttered a phrase in french. I will dedicate a good deal of time. I would like a teacher that is patient and has a great sense of humor. I want this to be a fun experience.

Over the years of primary education, I have studied French but it has not been consistent nor concentrated. There have also been various French langauge courses during my undergraduate years as well. However, I think it would be more accurate and just to describe myself as a beginner. I would like to revive and continue my knowledge of French because I am interested in languages, interested in learning, and all learning is contributive to career advancement as well as to a better life and living. I would think grammer and conversation are musts. Due to work and other obligations the timing would have to be flexible. I would be quite responsive to a teacher who is intelligent, tolerant, organized and open-minded.
