I am learning Japanese for fun but would like to eventually become fluent so that I can maybe use it in my professional life as well. I would also like to live in Japan for a extended period of time. I have been studying off and on since 2000 and have taken lots of classes but have not had a tutor. I passed the JLPT N5 in Dec. 2010 and I'm currently waiting on the results of the JLPT N4 from Dec. 2011. I would be considered intermediate but have a hard time speaking because I'm worried about pronunciation and rememebring the sentence structure. I understand (when listening) pretty well because of Japanese Anime and Dramas but I'm afraid to speak so it takes me a while for me to respond. I would like to do some kind of session video or in person twice a week for (1 hour maybe?) but it depends on the fee. I would like a teacher that can help me get past my fear of speaking and become fluent.

I am interested in the Japanese language and culture. Also being a professional in the finance industry, I believe learning Japanese would help me later benefit my career. I am a beginner, so I do not have any prior knowledge about Japanese. I would like to focus more of my learning in conversation. If time works, I would like to put one to two hours per week on the tutoring.
