I am seeking an english tutor for my wife. Her first language is Tagalog and she has a basic grasp of English. I think she would benefit from tutoring that stretches her but isn't too academic. The best results would probably be in person but she is somewhat housebound at this time and can't travel far. An arranagement that was mainly on line or phone with a weekly visit would be ideal.
