I would like to learn proper Arabic most importantly to read and hear Qur'an, to be able to speak to my husband and my husband's family in Arabic and eventually to travel and live overseas in Iraq. I am a beginner in reading and writing and can only write numbers at the moment, Am a half beginner in speaking and understanding other people. Will only need about 2 or 1 hours once a week, my tutor must be female as I am female and be able to explain pronounciatio ns. I am fast learning and once I've learnt it thoroughly it will not be easily forgotten.

My name is Greg Thorpe and I I am very interested in furthering my arabic (speaking) in order to improve my employability in the region. I currently speak very basic arabic that I have learnt socially from friends, but I have had no formal training other than that I received whilst in school in Dubai. Initially I am only interested in becoming fluent in SPEAKING arabic, writing arabic is something I will advance to at a later date. I am looking for a tutor who is willing to teach one-on-one and face to face, hopefully in a relaxed and flexible environment (e.g. coffee shop, cafe, house etc).
