Hi ! I'm Cliff. I have a passion for the russian language. I have just completed my first year of russian language studies at my local college here in Dallas Texas. I want to take my russian language skills to the next level, I want to be fluent and understand far better what I consider to be the most fascinating culture on Earth. Grammar I am pretty good at, we have studied the 6 cases during my first year of studies. My writing skills are pretty good, but what I am weak in is conversation. Can you help me ? Languages are my passion...I can dedicate many hours to this effort. I need a russian language teacher as passionate about teaching as I am about learning.

I would like to learn Ukrainian. I am at a beginner level. My mother and grandmother both speak the language so I have been around it all my life. Unfortunately , no one ever taught me to speak it. I want to be able to have conversations with my mom. Since my grandmother passed away, she does not get to speak Ukrainian very often. I would dedicate at least 2 hours per week to start. I am looking for someone whose native language in Ukrainian.

I am a graduate student studying public policy, and my interest in the Ukrainian language is basically limited to personal reasons--my boyfriend. I am absolutely a beginner, but my boyfriend is Ukrainian. Perhaps, he can tutor me? I have had an easy time learning French and Spanish, although I understand they are not related languages. What feedback or suggestions might you have for me?
