I would consider myself a beginner in the Korean language. I participated in the J.A.C.K.S. program at Howard University for summer 2006 where I learned the conversation basics of the language, but nothing about writing. This is where I beleive I need to improve. I also want to review everything I learned, as we were not allowed to take notes. I have the entire 2007 summer to dedicate to learning this language before leaving for college. I am really fascinated by the Korean culture and I am looking forward to the day when I can finally speak anough of the language to travel there.

I have been taking Korean lessons for almost 4 months now. I can read very well, and do the simple introduction. I need to learn the proper grammar such as which marker to use and such. My fiance is Korean, so I need to be able to communicate with my future in laws. I am taking Korean for career advancement. I am hoping to meet twice a week. I am looking for someone who can teach me the practical, everyday use Korean! Not straight from the book!

Hello I wish to learn Korean because I am a Korean adoptee, and it would help me learn a little more about my culture, and heritage. I am only interested in private tutors, but if you believe that your class is right for me contact me anyways. I am a fairly quick learner, and have many Korean friends helping me. I would like to be tutored a least once a week for an hour or more, with homework to do over the time I am not with the tutor. I want to be taught by a native of either gender, perferably female.
