My mother and I will be in Cozumel for the first three weeks of November and would like two take conversationa l classes during the week days.
My mother is a retired political science professor. She used to teach in Puerto Rico but I (her son) have always felt her accent was terrible and grammar in need of improvement. (Intermeidate ) I am sure my mother would like to have a teacher who would teacher about the politics, economics and history of Mexico.
I am a social worker with many clients from Mexico. I am fairly fluent. My vocabulary needs improvement.( advanced)I work with families and teenagers and am nterested in parenting, relationships and issues of culture.

I am just finishing High School and will be going to Argentina in March 2010 as part of the Lattitude Volunteer Program to teach English as a foreign language. It is a prerequisite to speak Spanish on arrival. I am looking for a teacher/tutor to help me learn some basic Spanish. I would be happy to have some live tuition, as well as working with tapes, cd's, text chat. I will be finishing exams by the end of November and would be keen to start as soon as possible after that.
