Thanks mostly to my Gujarati background, I have some understanding of Hindi and am also to speak it at a basic level. I am looking to improve very quickly, as I am going to India to work as a journalist there in a matter of weeks.
Sin ce I would be using the language to conduct interviews, I am most interested in improving my speaking and listening skills, while reading and writing are secondary priorities. Ideally, I am looking to do intensive study (multiple hours over several days per week) to get better as fast as possible.
I am looking for someone with at least a couple years' experience teaching Hindi, and native fluency. An understanding of Gujarati would be a plus.

Hmong is my native language, and English as a second language. I'm a beginner, and know the simple words. I love watching Taiwanese dramas, and my cousin told me that Chinese Mandarin is the same as Taiwanese Mandarin. In a few years, I'm planning to visit Taiwan, so I want to learn as much of the language as I can. I've always been interested in learning this, but it was difficult for me to find classes.
