Calispera! I have been learning Greek on my own over the last few years.I attended the language class at Holy Trinity Church in Maitland ,Florida and after moving to Iowa for 1 year continued via conversationa l c.d.s.I am living in Florida again and would like to speak much more fluently than now. I am able to understand 1/2 or more of a conversation yet I struggle with conversing back.I have been married to a Greek gentleman for 34 years and we are considering living in a couple of years in Igoumenitsa, Greece.I return each year to Greece and feel frustrated I haven't advanced further in my speech!I would like a tutor to privately help me converse as well as progress in my understanding of the language verbally and gramatically. I would prefer meeting privately one day a week. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and able to teach systematicall y.I would like to return in September of this year to Greece and be able to speak and understand more fluently than at present.I am intersted for long term lessons. Thank You! (I do read the languge o.k. and I attended a Bible College in the 80's where I became familiar with the scriptures written in Greek.)I look forward to your reply.
