I want my kids to be exposed to Mandarin. So, the class would probably include a 2nd grader, a 4th grader and myself. We would like to meet once a week and start with basic vocabulary and grammar.
T he attribute I value most in a foreign language teacher is to be aware of the students' needs and have an effective teaching style; someone who can modify their approach to get the most progress in their students.

I really don't have much of a reason to learn Greek except that I have had a semester of it and like it, and so I would like to improve my language skills.
I am what you might call a beginner, although I'll have done present, future, simple past (possibly more than that) and basic subjunctive by the end of the semester. Advanced beginner maybe? At best? I would probably have time about once a week. I just ask for patience, thoroughness and a willingness to answer odd grammatical questions. :) I probably need improvement in all areas and instruction in the deeper parts of the language.
