I am writing on behalf of my children, ages 6 and 7. They have completed one and three years (respectively ) of Japanese immersion school at El Marino Language School in Culver City, California. We just moved to the Austin area and I wish to reinforce what they have learned so far: Hiragana, Katakana and basic Kanji. My goal is for them to feel confident in reading and writing and speaking Japanese and progress from there.
I hope to have my children be tutored together at least one hour weekly.
I ask that the teacher be comfortable with children and sensitive to their individual learning abilities.

my wife is romanian and we plan on moving next year to seek employment in romania. While my wife is a good teacher i feel as if it would be better to have someone teaching me that has no bias and is willing to start from scratch wirh much patiance. While i do have basic beginner knowlegde of conversationa l romainian i fell i could use much work in grammar and what not, i am a very fast learner and i have a basic knowledge of lating languages such as spanish and italian which i feel help me a great deal. I would prefer to dedicate at least one to two hours a week to the lessons. Also, I prefer a female teacher as i believe they have more patience. If there is anyone in the are willing to help me please respomd as soon as possible.
