I'm looking for a Bangla teacher to teach me on Skype a couple of times a week. I'm a PhD student in the US and will be traveling to Bengal soon to conduct research. I need to be able to have fairly high-level conversations in Bangla. I don't know any Bangla, but I am proficient in Hindi as well as Sanskrit.

My fiancé is born Bengali, but grew up speaking English with his parents, so he never really learned Bangla. I want him to start fresh from the beginning so he can speak with my parents and also teach it to my future kids. I want him to learn conversationa l bangla in the correct pronounciatio n. No need for reading or writing. He will go to the tutor's house if needed. I will buy the lessons for him as a gift. Please help! Thanks!
