I am searching for help in learning both written and conversationa l telugu. I have lived and traveled in AP state extensively and am a beginner in the telugu language. I know the telugu alphabet but very little grammar. My goal is to read telugu primarily, and secondarily to speak the language. I am happy to spend 1-2 hours/day on my telugu studies.

My fiancee is Telugu. I'm interested in understanding and speaking Telugu fluently to be able to communicate with my fiancees family. I have no background in Telugu and just know a few words here and there from online resources that I've found. I'm very interested in lessons atleast 2hrs a week with some homework during the course of the week. My goal is to be able to have a conversation with my fiancees family by our wedding in December. I have always been interested in learning different languages. My boyfriend speaks Telugu and teaches me but we live very busy lives and I feel that if I had a proper teacher with dedicated time sessions to help me learn more vocabulary, grammar, and conversationa l techniques that I would learn quicker than I currently do. I am a beginner in speaking but I can read and write Telugu although very slowly. I wouldn't mind dedicating a couple hours a day to my classes. I am a quick learner and dedicated student and would like my teacher to teach me via email, voice chat, and paper tests (email test) that will help me with my comprehension . I also would like to be able to carry a conversation so if the teacher could work on me with that I would greatly appreciate it.
