I finished high school in November last year in Sydney, Australia. I am 19 years old and am now in Kuwait and will be here for the next 2 months. I am looking for an Egyptian or classical Arabic tutor who can speak fluent English and perhaps some French. I am bilingual in both French and English and it has always been my passion to learn Arabic.
I have never learnt any Arabic but i am a good student who is willing to put the time and effort required in learning a new language. My focus would be to speak, write and read.
I would want 2 hour lessons on a daily basis for 5 times a week. This would mean 10 hours of Arabic a week. I am looking for a teacher who is well qualified and bilingual in both English and French.
I am looking forward to this journey!

We are a group of 4-8 Norwegian expats in Kuwait, both male and female, considering hiring a language teacher for Modern Arabic starting this autumn 2013.
We are all grown ups, well educated and fluent in English. The teaching language should be English, (unless of course you should hapen to have an Arabic teacher who is a native Norwegian). We are all beginners at Arabic learning.
We believe that the following should be appropriate: three lessons per week, approx. two hours each time.
We would prefer that the teacher meets in one of our homes for group teaching.
We are looking for a teacher who speaks English fluently with excellent teaching abilities.
