Advanced Arabic student (3 years +). Looking for native Arabic speaker with good grasp of modern standard Arabic to read newspaper articles together and to explain vocabulary. I do not need lessons, I just need someone to read with me and to explain difficult expressions and vocabulary. Explanations should be in spoken Arabic in your dialect, preferrably Syrian/Lebane se/Palestinian . This is an ideal job for a university/co llege student - you do not need to prepare any lesson, only to meet and read an article together with me. I will provide the articles.

I am a beginner with basic arabic language abilities. I would like to learn arabic because my parents never taught me and I want to be able to speak better. I learn very fast so would like private or semi-private lessons. I am mostly interested in conversationa l arabic as I did learn to read and write a few years ago, but I believe you first need conversation. ..I did not understand what I was reading!! I would love a 1-2 hour/week lesson if possible, or even more.

Basicaly I want to learn to speak (Lebanese) I have a lot of Lebanese friend and also it could be very good for my job cos I can be required to travel to Lebanon if I knew the language..I was always interested in this culture and would love to understand it..and also I can communicate better to my friend Maroun. The lebanese music is soooo beautiful that I would like to understand it when I listen to it..but it would be an asset for the Cie I work for..I am an Educator in the Beauty Industry and required to travel a lot for classes and shows so I can use the language..I am a fast learner..I'll take whaterver time I need to be able to learn quick..but I need someone patient and pleasant.
