I wish to learn Arabic for a number of reasons including for religious reasons (I am a Muslim) and personal reasons (my husband is an Arabic speaker and I reside in an Arab country, my mother in law does not speak English). I would ideally like to learn Standard Arabic and Saudi dialect simultaneousl y.
I am currently at a beginner level although I have taken classes before so I am familiar with the Arabic alphabet and know the bare basics of reading and writing (not numbers though) and know words here and there in both standard and various dialects.
Ideally I would like to devote a couple of hours a week to learning Arabic although this ultimately depends on prices etc.
At the moment I am simply looking for a friendly female private tutor in al Khobar who is able to teach me both Standard Arabic and Saudi dialect however I am open to female only classes also.
