Hello, my name is Anthony Fascione and I am looking to speak Serbian due to a recent expansion of the family. Its something ive wanted to do for a very long time. Currently I have no prior Serbian experience, but i do however speak some french. I would be geared more towards conversation. As for time willing to dedicate, I finish work around 6 every weekday, so an hour or two after that works for me. I would like a teacher who is both understanding and encouraging for a beginner such as myself, and would love to jump right into speaking it with enthusiasm.

I am Beginner student of Serbo-Croatia n language. I need a teacher for the begining of September to teach me grammar and vocabulary. I feel lessons twice a week would work well for me, although any amount of instruction would be good at this time because I am having difficulty finding a teacher!

My level is Beginner, although I know a few words and simple phrases
I really need help in grammar, but I need mostly help in everything
I would like to dedicate at least 1 day per week, since I have school on the weekdays
I am looking for someone who is polite, patient and who is fluent in the language!

Good Morning,
I was surfing the net and I stumbled across this website. I am very interested in learning Serbian. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years and he is Serbian whereas I am from the Caribbeans (Trinidad) which, our national language is English. So I was never introduced to any other leanguage. I tried learning the language through him and on my own but time is always a factor. His parents do speak alittle bit of English but, sometimes it is hard to communicate towards one another. Especially his grandmother who doesn't speak a word of English only, German and Serbian. I believe I know the basic. For example saying how are you 'Kako ste?', I am good-'Dobro', things like that but, my goal is to be able to not only speak the language but to as well be able to read and write too. I am willing to dedicate myself to this lessons if they will help me out tremendously. My preference for a teacher on teaching me Serbian is somebody who is willing to take the time and make me understand what needs to be know about the Serbian language. Through my boyfriend I am quite familair with the Serbian history so I am comfortable with that aspect but, when it comes to the language I need help.
