Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to learn Russian to help me in work and social life, both in Azerbaijan & beyond. I'm a beginner in Russian, but have some grounding in Slavonic languages (Polish/Serbi an), so the grammar and words are familiar.
I would like to learn basic phrases initially - purchases, directions, travel, time etc. While doing that, some explanations of the cases endings/conju gations will be required so that I can improvise.
Due to professional commitments, I can spend 1-2 hours with a teacher once or twice a week (weekend or evening), followed by work on my own. I'd like to deal directly with a teacher, alone or in a small group, to correct my pronunciation and understand the grammar.
I like a pleasant, courteous atmosphere, where learning can be enjoyable. I hope you can help!

- I am free all evenings during week after 6pm and weekends. After 6 months I would like to be able to speak conversationa l Russian so I am willing to take as many hours as necessary to achieve that
- I am looking for a nice teacher who speaks English fluently and who can teach me Russian. Someone with experience in teaching foreigners, who has professional study material. I might also be interested in someone who has little groups but wouldn't mind having lessons on my own
