Hello:
I am an adult wishing to learn Polish. I only have a very basic understanding of the Polish language.
My father's family immigrated from Poland in the late 1920's and I want to learn the language of my ancestors.
I would like to learn Polish in a classroom environment. I would like to go to classes about once per week if possible.
Please give me some additional info. about learning to speak Polish.

I'm a beginner in the Polish language, as my mom is Polish but not my Dad..so while I was exposed to it...we, unfortunately , didn't speak it in the house...We are going to Poland for a trip next summer, so I wanted to earn basic grammar and conversationa l skills...Gram mar is the real challenge for me...I was thinking a weekday evening once a week, or once every two weeks...maybe meeting at a Chapters cafe somewhere? Really hoping to have a workbook of some kind....Let me know if this is something that interests you!

I am looking for private lessons to improve my Polish conversation skills. I know very basic Polish and I am looking to improve in order to converse with my in-laws.
Dur ing the months of July and August, I will be available for lessons mornings and afternoons. I would like to have at least a couple of hours per week for the lessons during the summer.
