I want to learn Korean to communicate with my boyfriend better and learn more of his culture. In a year I will travel to Korea with him and I want to understand and speak some Korean when I'm there. My name is James and I am intersted in leaning Korean. I am a beginner. I know some words and phrases but no grammar or characters. I want to learn for future travel plans, possible work, and an general interest in learning a new language. I would like to dedicate one or two days a week to lessons. qualitites i look for in the teacher would be patience and organization. Because of dialect I would prefer to learn from Seoul or Guounggi. I will be visiting Seoul in the summer of 2007. Thanks.
