I am interested in learning Arabic. I am a beginner and after living near Bagdad Iraq and meeting the people I have really wanted to learn the language. Also for my career I would like to learn for advancement.
I would like to work 30 to 60 minutes a day on lessons.

I am an avid belly dance enthusiast!! I feel that my performance could be enhanced if I could understand the Arabic language, and thereby incorporate better musical interpretatio n into my dance. I am not so much trying to learn to speak arabic (though I think that would be nice) as I am trying to learn to understand it.

I have always loved studying foreign languages. I did well in German classes but fell in love with the Russian language. I am now fluent in Russian and am looking for something different and more challenging. I have started looking into Arabic to see if it is something I will like and know enough words to know that I will need help learning it. I am a college student, so in fairness to you I don't know how much time or money I can dedicate to this right now. I got online to see what my options were for learning Arabic and I don't know them yet. I do know that classes at the University of Utah would be too costly and time consuming for me.

I am looking for a teacher for my 11 year old son. He is Lebanese American, born in America, lived in Lebanon for 8 years, and now living in the US. His first language is English but he doesn't want to forget his Arabic, as he studied it in school for 6 years (Upper Kindergarten through the 5th grade.) He studied grammar(qawaa d),history and geography in Arabic and was fluent speaking the Lebanese dialect. We are looking for a once a week lesson on Saturday to refresh his memory and continue learning again. Thank you.
