I need a teacher who is either strictly for conversation (someone who hasnt taught farsi as a second language) or a teacher for grammer and conversation, who knows every trick and way to explain the grammatical rules and all of the language, in English and farsi.

I do not speak farsi; I know a few words and phrases, mainly to do with food! My parents grew up in Iran, and spoke farsi, but they were not Iranian, and it was not the language we spoke at home. I plan to visit family in Iran in the near future, and although we can communicate in other languages, I want to learn at least some farsi. I want learn it properly, including writing as well as grammar, and I realise this is a long term project. I would be willing to come to Melbourne 1 hour/fortnigh t, but can discuss other arrangements. I would like to learn in a small group, with a a well organised teacher, who is student focused.
