I want to learn German so I can speak to my German friends in their language, instead of making them speak English all the time.
I am a beginner, but have started using the Rosetta Stone program.
I would like to improve all areas, mainly conversation and grammar though.
Woul d like to dedicate 1-2 hours for lessons, maybe once or twice a week.

I am seeking a German tutor for my daughter, Katherine, who is doing Year 12 German in 2011. She currently attends Mentone Girls Grammar, though we actually live in Patterson Lakes. I hold a Master degree in Teaching Slovak language and literature and German language and literature. After my MA degree I studied Translation studies German – Slovak.
I completed a training for German teachers – Teaching German language as a foreign language and Film in German lessons in Germany. I worked as a teacher assistant in Austria and as German and Slovak teacher in Slovakia.
I have been teaching Slovak language at the Czech and Slovak School of Sydney.
My approach is friendly, based on communicative activities. I always tailor my lessons to each student's preference.
