I am just beginning german and so far know some of the basics and several phrases and questions, as well as counting to ten. However I would love to be able to speak fluent high german and need help.
I am learning german because I am very interested in german culture and am considering working in Germany. It would also bridge a language-barr ier between me and certain members of my family.
I would like to dedicate at least one hour every week to working with a tutor.
I am looking for a tutor who can speak 'high' german fluently and can help me read, write and speak german fluently.

I am looking to learn as much German as possible. I am currently able to speak some French and Spanish, but German is so completely different that it has always been something I wanted to take up. I have no knowledge whatsoever of the German language, so I would definitely be a beginner. I would prefer to focus on conversationa l German - but I would also like to learn the basic fundamentals of German grammar. I would be looking at taking 1 or 2 hours a week - but I would also like to be able to take exercises home with me to work on. The qualities that I am looking for in my tutor is simply someone that can make learning German fun, in a nice casual atmosphere. I am eager to learn, and would like someone that is eager to teach!
